Levels Three and Four are expected to attract the after-hours crowd, as they will house the bar, nightclub, gym, ladies spa, an upmarket fine dining restaurant and conference halls for exhibition purposes. In addition to the eight retail levels in avenue K, there will be another six basement levels dedicated to parking facilities in the form of 850 bays.
