ILMU or Institute of International Languages, Multimedia University began as a Language Department at the Centre for Foundation Studies and Extension Education (FOSEE), Multimedia University (MMU) in 1997.

The Institute of International Languages, Multimedia University (ILMU) runs courses that cater to the needs of the university’s undergraduates. Its major clients are pre-university students, as they have three pre-requisite English subjects in their Alpha year.
