UPM Equestrian Park - Kuala Lumpur
UPM Equestrian Park is geographically located at latitude 2° 58' 56" North of the Equator and longitude 101° 44' 4" East of the Prime Meridian on the Map of Malaysia. UPM Equine was established in 1997 with the supervision of UPM Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. University Management has handed over the unit administration to University Agricultural Park in 2002. The UPM Equine objective is for offer practical exercise to students especially those taking Veterinary and Animal Science courses in horse management and research. Provide a recreational centre for individuals and groups interested in equestrian activity. There are 11 horses fit for riding being placed at the Equine unit. While there are 20 ponies roaming freely and feeding themselves near the paddock pasture nearby.
